Job Summary :

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible swim instructors to join our team! In this role, you will provide high quality swim instruction to children of various skill levels, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Ideal candidates are passionate about working with kids, have strong swimming skills, and can create a positive and supportive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities :

Wave Swim School Lessons :

• Educate and instruct swimmers of all ages and abilities in water safety, stroke techniques, and swimming fundamentals.
• Develop lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of the student.
• Provide high quality, constructive feedback on swimmers stroke techniques skills.
• Communicate effectively with the Deck Manager / Head Guard and parents on student progress in person and on internal student progress tracking software.
• Set up and tear down swim

lesson supplies to maintain a clean and organized pool area.
