Descripción del trabajoDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters Provide exceptional customer service, built on trust and professionalism Marketing new and renewal business Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and other related matters Assist with the gathering of renewal exposure information for the producer Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client Manage information requests and documentation effectively Prepare thorough applications for submission, incorporating underwriting information from producers

Qualifications needed to thrive :
- Active p&c license
- 4+ years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerage
- Proven track record of maintaining a book of business composed of contractors, real estate, and construction accounts
- Comprehensive understanding of diverse insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols
The position :
Compensation / pay rate (up to) : $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
