Vista Physical Therapy is hiring full-time PTAs for dedicated, clinic-based roles in the West DFW area. This is not a float or travel position - you will work in one specific clinic chosen based on your location and preferences.

You'll select your home clinic during the hiring process. This is a non-float, full-time role in a consistent clinic environment.
Salary & Incentives
Hourly Pay : Competitive, based on experienceMonthly incentive bonus : Up to $2,500 / month (up to $32,500 / year)Student loan reimbursement : Up to $25,000Sign-on bonus : Available at select locationsTotal compensation potential : $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performanceWhat We Offer

Job Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PTImplement and progress individualized treatment plansDeliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalitiesDocument care accurately in EMR systemsCollaborate with PTs, support staff, and other cliniciansContribute to a positive, safe clinic environmentQualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programActive Texas PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsOutpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not requiredNew graduates welcome and encouraged to apply!About Us
