Temporary Customer Service Representative

A leading radiopharmaceutical company in Bedford, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month hybrid assignment (3 days onsite, 2 remote). This role offers $23 / hour and hours vary between 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, and 10 : 30 AM - 7 : 00 PM, with flexibility required. This position is ideal for individuals with healthcare or customer service experience who are eager to support patient-focused operations within an innovative and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main contact for customer accounts, managing orders, inquiries, and complaints via phone and email.
• Process and track orders accurately while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues related to billing, delivery, or service disruptions promptly and professionally.
