Schedule Details / Additional Information :

2 -12 hour shift per week

Pay Range

$20.40 - $30.60

Scheduled Hours : Part Time; Night Shift 6 : 30 pm to 7 : 00 am, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Education / Experience Required :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Certified Nurisng Assistant program preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant active on the Illinois Registry / IDPH
• CPR certification required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :

Major Responsibilities :

1)Sets up patient's room.

1)Provides personal care to include bathing the patient, oral and denture care, shave,backrub and skin care.

5)Demonstrates committment to supporting hospice team, hospital coworkers and organizational goals.

1)Demonstrates ability to respond to emergency situations.
