This role drives measurable impact by reducing environmental footprint and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position reports to the Director of EHS and is part of the broad Environment, Health Safety Team, and will be an on-site role at any IDT / Aldevron location (Boulder, CO; Fargo, ND; Madison, WI; Raleigh, NC; San Diego, CA). / ppIn this role, you will have the opportunity to : / pulliEnsures environmental performance through the development, implementation, and management of environmental programs across US and international sites. / liliDrives critical programs such as CAA, RCRA, Stormwater, Wastewater, SPCC, TRI, etc., to reduce risks and company costs. / liliExhibit a working knowledge of global chemical substance regulations (REACH, TSCA, RoHS, CA Prop 65, etc.) / liliLead sustainability programs by managing GHG reduction and tracking, recycling, and waste reduction initiatives (hazardous, non-hazardous, and recycling). / liliAssess and improve environmental impact through site assessments and driving continuous improvement by establishing performance targets, data analysis and reporting. / li / ulpThe essential requirements of the job include : / pulliBachelors degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or other field / liliYears of experience in sustainability and environmental compliance programs / liliKnowledge of regulatory requirements and sustainability frameworks / liliStrong analytical, design and project management skills / liliExcellent in documentation and communication / li / ulpTravel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical / Environment Requirements : if applicable for role : / pulliAbility to travel as required (up to 15%, including overnight stays) / li / ulpIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in : / pulliExperience with global sustainability initiatives / liliFamiliarity with environmental reporting tools and automation platforms. / li / ulpIDT, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
