Product Merchandising Specialist

Hourly Rate : $19.25

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Product Merchandising Specialist to join our team. In this crucial role, you will focus on product merchandising in high-volume environments. This includes engaging in various tasks such as stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up eye-catching displays, and managing stock in coolers and storage areas. You will actively collaborate with store personnel to ensure our products are displayed professionally and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Merchandise shelves, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the sales floor to maintain freshness.
• Efficiently transport products from the backroom to shelf locations.
• Utilize equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks for product transportation.
• Set up promotional materials, including signs and banners.
• Ensure the backroom stock is kept tidy and organized.
• Communicate effectively with store managers and company supervisors regarding store issues.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships at the store level.
• Adhere to operational procedures, including scanning in and following designated routes.
• Provide excellent customer service, including effective communication and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Use handheld devices to enter and manage orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
