Your Work Connection LLC is seeking a seasoned Demand Manager to support a key client in Richmond, IN. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and brings at least five years of demand planning experience, along with hands-on expertise using GIB tools within SAP.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Lead demand planning and forecasting using GIB Forecast and GIB Operations modules within SAP

Collaborate cross-functionally to align demand signals with production and capacity

Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer inputs to refine forecast accuracy

Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to optimize working capital

Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) initiatives and reporting

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning within a manufacturing or supply chain environment

Proficiency with GIB tools inside SAP, Oracle or other ERP

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights

Effective communicator with experience leading cross-functional teams

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred

Experience with SIOP or IBP processes

Familiarity with product lifecycle planning and capacity modeling

Exposure to SAP integrations with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
