The Site Construction Supervisor is responsible for supervising all activities of site construction and Preconstruction on Single Family neighborhoods and Multi-Family Apartment developments. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of all site construction from Preconstruction through Final Dedication on Single Family neighborhoods.
• Preconstruction on Multi-Family Apartment developments.
• Meet with required township officials and inspectors throughout the permit and site construction phase.
• Perform routine site inspections for active construction projects.
• Assist in the project bids and budget preparation.
• Act as the liaison between the builder and Development team.
• Work with HOA Management company to Fulfill Declarant HOA responsibilities in all active communities through transition to the community board.
• Coordinate all NPDES Permit Management and compliance.
• Assist Site Development Manager on managing and reporting on project status utilizing internal management / financial schedules and tools.
