We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our financial operations running smoothly and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. The ideal candidate is skilled in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial management , with a strong ability to multitask and support both day-to-day bookkeeping and higher-level financial projects.

Responsibilities :

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accuracy and efficiency.
• Record, reconcile, and maintain financial transactions to ensure the books are always balanced.
• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel at an advanced level to track, analyze, and report financial data.
• Prepare and project cash flows to support business planning and decision-making.
• Assist in preparing job proposals, budgets, and cost analyses .
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial projects as needed.
