Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Manager

We're seeking a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Manager to lead and support outpatient and intensive outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs. This role is ideal for a certified counselor with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of recovery, and a commitment to community wellness. Responsibilities include :

• Support the Program Director in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring timely client services.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff, interns, and volunteers. Lead recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to state and county regulations, oversee CalOMS and other mandatory reports, and maintain program certifications (DMC, AOD).
• Oversee billing practices, track financial performance, and support program sustainability.
• Facilitate group and individual counseling, oversee treatment plans, and ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead outreach efforts to raise awareness about substance use risks and build partnerships with DCFS, parole, probation, and other agencies.
