Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 (Based on years of licensed experience)
• Sign On + Relocation Assistance (up to $18,000)
• Health Insurance - United Health Care (Employer covers 60%)
• Dental (MRI) and Vision (EyeMed) Insurance
• Retirement package - 403b with 3.5% match
• Paid Time Off - 4 Weeks
