Human Resources Key Responsibilities

Coordination : Administer a variety of HR programs and activities including employee relations benefits administration PTO management.

Payroll Management : Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and timely.

HR Support : Respond to inquiries regarding HR issues such as pay staffing and benefits providing clear and concise information.

Recruitment Assistance : Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs serve as a point of contact conduct interviews screen candidates and onboard new employees.

Employee Relations : Address and resolve employee concerns regarding employment data and HR processes.

Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate employee records and files ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Administrative Support : Provide additional administrative support as required.

Human Resources Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent .

Knowledge of HR policies federal / state / local employment laws and best practices.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and work collaboratively with others.

Bachelors Degree in any concentration (preferred).

2-3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
