People Systems and Reward Manager

About the Role

Family First Homecare is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly technical HRIS, Compensation & Benefits Manager to help shape our Total Rewards strategy and optimize how we support our teams across 24+ locations. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of technology, data, and people, and it's critical to how we scale equitably and efficiently.

You'll own the day-to-day administration and strategic optimization of our Workday system, benefits programs, and compensation structures. You'll build smarter systems, simplify complex concepts, and ensure we stay compliant and competitive, while helping employees actually understand and access the tools that support the management of people and their well-being.

What You'll Do

Compensation & Job Architecture

• Conduct market pricing, job analysis, and salary benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
• Build and maintain compensation structures, job levels, and incentive programs
• Support quarterly bonus cycles, performance-based pay, and promotion frameworks
• Review and approve compensation changes, offers, and equity adjustments with speed and accuracy
