Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join a respected and growing construction firm with projects across the Greater Boston Area. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a proven track record of managing complex projects and field teams to take a leadership role in high-value commercial and multi-family.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead day-to-day onsite operations for ground-up and large-scale renovation projects valued at $30M+
  • Manage and coordinate all field activities, subcontractors, inspections, and jobsite logistics
  • Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, building codes, and company policies
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, fostering clear communication and strong team dynamics

Ideal Candidate Will Have :

  • 10+ years of total construction experience with 5+ years in a Superintendent role
  • Demonstrated experience as Lead Superintendent on major commercial, or multi-family.
  • Solid background managing ground-up or substantial renovation projects of $10M+
  • OSHA 30 Certification and Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety, scheduling, and quality control
