Founder & Managing Director at Sci-Rec | Passionate Life Science Recruitment Partner

Sci-Rec have partnered with a leading small molecule CDMO, who provide services in the development and manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. They are currently seeking a VP Manufacturing for multiple sites across the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with functional leaders and other members of SLT to drive operating plan for multiple sites
  • Bring best practices from prior experience and merge into current culture and practices at multiple sites
  • Leading process development to support a broad portfolio of both catalog and custom made products
  • Leading transfer of critical raw materials between external and internal manufacturing sites

Experience Required

  • Must have 10+ years experience leading manufacturing operations within CDMO field
  • Multi site leadership is a must
  • Ability to change and implement strong culture
  • Ability to communicate across multiple levels (technical / non technical, executive team / entry level)
  • Small molecule experience considered a plus, must have CDMO experience as a minimum
  • Prior site management experience is a plus
