Cloud Engineer

A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer to work on their Infrastructure & Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer and implement cloud infrastructure solutions ensuring functionality, security, and compliance

Manage and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance while supporting project plans and requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies and implement security measures for sensitive data

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field

5 years of direct professional experience for Level 3 or 9 years for Level 4

Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred

Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, requiring US Citizenship

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure and knowledge of automation tools
