Job Title: Warehouse Worker in Blawnox, PA
Job Description
The Production Packer supports warehouse operations by assembling, packaging, and preparing motor control products for shipment. This role involves building pallets using basic hand and power tools, managing the flow of inbound and outbound materials, and performing routine material handling tasks. The position follows a daytime schedule, with occasional overtime at the end of each month and limited Saturday work.
Responsibilities

Manage the flow of inbound and outbound materials and goods to support daily warehouse operations.

Package and wrap motor control parts, including items weighing up to 50 pounds, to ensure they are secure and protected for shipment.

Build pallets for shipping motor controls by working from basic work orders and assembling panels according to provided instructions.

Use basic hand and power tools to assemble and secure pallets and related shipping structures.

Perform material handling tasks using a pallet jack to move materials within the warehouse and production areas.

Lift, bend, and kneel on a semi-routine basis to complete packing, assembly, and material handling tasks safely and efficiently.

Apply basic math skills to measure, count, and verify materials when building pallets and preparing orders.

Follow organized warehouse processes for receiving, labeling, packaging, and staging materials for shipment.

Maintain a clean and orderly work area in alignment with the warehouse's organized layout and safety standards.
Essential Skills

At least 1 year of experience using hand and power tools to assemble products.

At least 1 year of experience packaging and wrapping products.

At least 1 year of general labor experience demonstrating the ability to lift 30-50 pounds regularly.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a semi-routine basis.

Basic math skills to accurately follow work orders and assemble pallets.

Ability to safely operate a pallet jack for material handling tasks.

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods while performing warehouse and packing tasks.

Comfort working with hand and power tools in a warehouse environment.

Work Environment
Work takes place in a large, clean, and well-lit warehouse department that is climate controlled and highly organized. The environment includes an electrical cabinet assembly area and open warehouse spaces with clearly arranged materials and workstations. The role follows a daylight schedule, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with potential for some overtime toward the end of each month and occasional work on the last Saturday of the month for 5-6 hours. Personal protective equipment is minimal, with steel-toed boots required as standard safety footwear. The organized layout and climate-controlled conditions support a comfortable and efficient workday while performing assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks.

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $37440.00/yr.
