Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Join our dedicated team as a Staffing Scheduler !

Staffing Scheduler Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain schedules for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure proper coverage.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and adjustments.
  • Manage time-off requests, shift swaps, and call-outs efficiently.
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with state regulations and resident care standards.
  • Communicate updates and changes to staff promptly and professionally.

Staffing Scheduler Requirements :

  • Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or a related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    • Staffing Scheduler Schedule :

    Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend or on-call availability may be required.
