About the Role

As a Roofing / Siding Project Estimator , youll meet with homeowners, assess their exterior needs, and guide them through the processfrom inspection to materials to job completion. Your sales and communication skills will help homeowners feel confident and cared for while your attention to detail keeps jobs profitable and on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact company-generated leads and schedule site inspections
• Network to self-generate new leads
• Create accurate estimates that meet profit margins and local codes
• Work with insurance companies to secure coverage for storm damage
• Close deals, collect deposits, and submit job details to production
• Guide homeowners in material selection
• Follow through on customer satisfaction, reviews, and referrals

Youre a Great Fit If You

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Have strong attention to detail and care about getting it right
• Are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Enjoy sales and solving problems for people
• Are organized, tech-savvy, and efficient with your time
• Know how to communicate clearly and respectfully
• Have construction knowledge (a plus, not a must)
• Tolerant or not afraid of heights (or are FAA drone certified)
