Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opening in Las Vegas, NV Seeking a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a high-acuity, nationally respected Level III NICU team at a premier children†s hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Be part of a multidisciplinary group where 24 / 7 collaborative care, cutting-edge interventions, and full pediatric subspecialty support converge to provide life-saving treatment and impactful care for the most vulnerable patients. Join a cohesive and collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 NNPs / PAs Care for critically ill neonates, including extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants Work in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60 Utilize advanced neonatal interventions : Neonatal ECMO Jet and Oscillatory High-Frequency Ventilation Inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO) Whole-body Cooling for HIE Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams Collaborate closely with comprehensive pediatric sub-specialists, including cardiovascular surgery, PICU, CVICU, and pediatric emergency medicine Deliver patient-centered care in a forward-thinking, innovation-driven environment Schedule 24 / 7 in-house provider coverage Participation in NICU resuscitation and transport coverage Weekends and nights included in rotation schedule Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package with potential sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance.
