Full-Time Nocturnist Hospitalist

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge

is seeking an experienced Nocturnist to join our team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, CA.

Opportunity Highlights :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during overnight shifts.

Be part of a collegial and supportive group of hospitalists, working together to provide excellent care.

Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility.

Manage a 7 on, 7 off schedule (183 annual shifts) with convenient shift options : 7PM-5AM or 10PM-8AM.

Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice.

Job Requirements

~ MD or DO degree with

Board Certification or Eligibility

in

Internal Medicine

or

Family Medicine

~ Active

California medical license

(or ability to obtain)

~ Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality inpatient care

~ Ability to work flexible shifts, with occasional weekend availability strongly preferred

~ Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

~2+ years of hospitalist experience strongly preferred

$137.01 - $149.03 / hour
