Texas Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Virtual Health Assessment role.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and provide health coaching and treatment

Outreach to chronically ill members and engage those less likely to see their PCP

Interact with members virtually for assessments, diagnosis, and treatment while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program

Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)

Compact RN license (only applicable to NP)

3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care

Fluent in Spanish and licensed in TX and at least one additional state
