Contract Associate

Overview :

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a Contract Associate. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for practicing law and will be responsible for providing a full range of legal and / or compliance counsel and advice for various departments around insurance products, product development, policies, and / or services and will play a pivotal role in overseeing contract review and negotiations third parties. The role will work closely with leaders across the legal departments as well as corresponding business areas to ensure appropriate legal, compliance, and / or risk actions.

What you'd be doing :

• Contract Review and Management :

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and licensing agreements.

Oversee the preparation and submission of reports related to contract performance, compliance, and obligations.

Administer and monitor contract approval processes, ensuring proper authorization and adherence to delegation of authority policies.

Provide legal guidance to business units on contract-related matters, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
