Travel sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets

Recommend destinations, packages, accommodations, and experiences tailored to client interests

Manage the full booking process including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities

Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-up and support

Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure accurate rates and availability

Stay informed about travel policies, emerging destinations, and industry updates

Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Prior experience in sales, travel, or customer service is an asset (but not required)
