Team Lead Operations

A company is looking for a Team Lead Operations (Remote) - Neurology.

Key Responsibilities

Assist staff with daily operational problems or backlog

Identify trends with department / payor and resolve invoices requiring special attention

Motivate staff and promote team effort towards department goals

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent certification

2 years of experience in insurance or collections

No specific certification required

Experience with ICD 9 and CPT coding

A driver's license is not required
