PACT Representative

A company is looking for a PACT Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

Link the patient experience between PACT and the practice site using established policies and procedures

Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance information, and perform basic technical troubleshooting

Provide customer service, escalate complex issues, and assist with organizational marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate

Typically requires 0 - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service-related area

Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer needs

Must reside in AL, CO, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, ME, MI, NC, SC, VA, or VT
