Descripción del trabajoMaster's degree in nursing from an accredited program Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Utah National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC) Minimum of 1 year NP experience is required Knowledge of or willingness to learn about nutraceuticals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a commitment to patient-centered care
Family Nurse Practitioner - Draper, UT
Job Type : Full-time
Shifts : Monday 8 AM -Thursday 5 : 00 PM, Friday 8 : 00 AM-12 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best-practice guidelines
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
- Prescribe medications and perform procedures within the scope of practice
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic condition management
- Integrate nutraceuticals as part of a holistic care plan when appropriate
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date medical records
