Key Responsibilities

Own the design vision and execution of the provider acquisition journey

Mentor other designers working on different parts of the onboarding journey

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with 3+ years on a growth-related team

Strong visual and interaction design skills

Experience with hypothesis-driven iteration and experimentation

Ability to translate user insights and business goals into design vision
