Descripción del trabajoPassion for construction 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably within at least one of our core market project types – Education, Healthcare, Municipal Excellent communication skills Experience in Commercial Construction is required Competitive salary and outstanding annual performance bonuses Medical Insurance : Company covers up to 100% of the premium for team member health insurance and 50% for family coverage. Scorpio is a devoted and seasoned team of construction professionals who build to enliven communities and beautify cities. We are seeking a Superintendent with a passion for bringing buildings to life, for life.
What You Will Do :
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
- Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
