We are a full-service screen print / embroidery company in Standish, Michigan serving tourism destinations like resorts, souvenir shops, museums, and national parks. Chances are, you already own a t-shirt we made!

T.R. McTaggart has an immediate opening in our Embroidery Department! We’re looking for a motivated team player to assist with hooping shirts and supporting embroidery production. This role is key in ensuring orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities include :

Hooping garments according to instructions and preparing them for embroidery.

Carefully reviewing orders for correct sizes, colors, and styles.

Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Assisting teammates and supporting other areas of the embroidery department when needed.

Reporting supply needs after items run out.

Watching for machine stoppages and fixing issues promptly.

Following all company policies regarding attendance, breaks, and workplace safety.

What we’re looking for :

A dependable team player who communicates well and is eager to learn.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to work quickly and efficiently, especially during rush periods.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
