Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to support venture-backed consumer startups with their accounting needs.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate client meetings and reconcile accounts for various startup clients

Build and implement robust accounting processes and systems tailored to client needs

Context shift and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field

3 years of experience as an accountant, or 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup environment

Familiarity with accounting software and tech stacks such as QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and G-Suite

Experience with client management and producing financial reports

Strong analytical skills with a focus on enhancing client efficiency through SOP creation
