Job Responsibilities

Minimum two (2) years' experience in the management of hourly team members in a production environment.

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or five (5) years of directly related job experience combined with some formal training. Related formal training will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.

Relative experience is acceptable in lieu of education.
