A company is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Attend meetings, capture notes, and distribute meeting minutes
Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintaining organized calendar entries
Assist in updating presentations and maintaining organized archives of documents
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience required
Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience
Current VA Clearance preferred; ability to obtain Moderate Background Investigation clearance
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
