Experienced Paralegal

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our team at Graves Garrett Greim LLC, a law firm located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Our practice areas include white collar criminal defense, government investigations, commercial and business litigation, and election law. We serve clients across the United States.

The successful candidate will provide legal and administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, hearings, and trials, preparing legal documents, handling discovery, reviewing court dockets, and case management.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Attention to detail
• Draft legal documents under attorney supervision
• Perform additional duties as needed for office operations
