Key Responsibilities

Hire and manage the Scaled CSM team

Implement customer success strategies and automate customer engagement

Monitor team activities and ensure effective customer onboarding and support

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles

1-2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role

Experience managing high-volume customer portfolios

Familiarity with customer success automation tools

Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B industries
