We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) with a strong background in mechanical and electronic engineering to join our North America team. Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary technical interface between Foxconn and our customers, providing application support and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to identify and resolve customer technical issues.
• Deliver product presentations, technical training, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Support customers with mechanical / electronic system design, testing, and integration.
• Assist in new product introduction (NPI), including design validation and customer qualification.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal R&D for continuous product improvement.
• Manage pre- and post-sales support activities and maintain excellent client relationships.
