Position Title : Land Use Associate Attorney

Location : Bellevue, WA; Seattle, WA | Hybrid

Salary Range : $235,000 – $310,000 annually

2–4 years experience in land use, real estate, and municipal law

Project and entitlement feasibility, permitting, legislative advice, drafting real estate agreements

Appearances before agencies, boards, commissions, councils, courts
