A company is looking for a Mental Health Clinical Wellbeing Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with members to assess their wellbeing and coordinate appropriate care

Provide solution-focused consultations and develop individualized action plans

Coordinate follow-up care and services, ensuring members receive the right support

Required Qualifications

Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in a relevant field or an RN with 3+ years of behavioral health experience

Active, unrestricted independent clinical license

Ability to work flexible 8.5-hour shifts during business hours

Designated workspace and secure high-speed internet access at home
