Enrollment Counselor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Counselor to advise and support students throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Enroll new students into University programs and retain them through the term start

Conduct regular outreach to prospective students via phone, email, and text

Document all activities and communications related to student interactions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college / university

Two years of experience in higher education enrollment or a closely related industry / sales role
