Location : The Landing of Poughkeepsie – Poughkeepsie, NY

Salary Range : $90,000 – $105,000 annually + 10% bonus potential (paid twice / year)

The Landing of Poughkeepsie , located in Poughkeepsie, NY, is seeking an Assisted Living / Memory Care Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the clinical team in our community of 94 units (64 Assisted Living and 30 Memory Care).

Your Role : Assisted Living / Memory Care Director of Nursing (RN)

As the Assisted Living / Memory Care Director of Nursing, you will oversee the clinical operations, compliance, and overall health and wellness of residents across Assisted Living and Memory Care. This hands-on leadership role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with proven senior living and clinical leadership experience who can guide and inspire the care team while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director (ED) and serves as the primary clinical leader for the community.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Oversight & Compliance

• Ensure the community remains compliant with all federal, state, and local clinical regulations.
• Lead resident assessments, care planning, incident reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Partner with pharmacy consultants, physicians, and allied health providers to optimize resident outcomes.
