About the Role We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of 15+ talented software engineers. This role is critical in driving the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions that power our SaaS platform and distributed systems. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Program Management, and Customer Support to ensure successful execution of our product roadmap.

• Leadership & People Management
• Manage and mentor a team of 15+ software engineers.
• Drive career development, performance reviews, and growth opportunities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Manage and run the Entry-Level Hiring Program to onboard and grow early-career engineers.
• Technical Leadership
• Oversee design and development of APIs and distributed systems.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, code quality, and system reliability.
• Guide technical decisions and architecture for scalable SaaS operations.
• Product Delivery
• Partner with Product Management to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Ensure timely and high-quality releases aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Management and Customer Support.
• Operational Excellence
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
