Pay Range

$39,500.00-$50,500.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.

Our R&D team is looking for a 2025 summer intern who is passionate about working in labs and enjoys working in a team environment in the areas of TPO formulation and material characterizations. The formulation variables can include resin, additives and fillers, and the material testing can include compositional, rheological and mechanical properties. The purpose of this work is to study the relationship between TPO formulae and membrane properties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing their bachelor’s or master’s degree in; Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Engineering
• Desire to work in polymer or plastic process engineering
• Prior lab experience
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Junior or Senior in their undergrad program or 1st year into their masters degree program
• Self-motivated; committed and passionate for results
• Strong organizational, computer and communication skill
• Willingness to learn new tools and project management
