As a Solutions Architecture Intern, you will support teams that solve complex business challenges in areas such as workforce strategy, talent ecosystems, supply chain, and compliance. This internship is ideal for a motivated business, analytics, or HR student eager to apply classroom knowledge to real-world strategic projects and learn about global business landscapes.
Key Competencies & Responsibilities
Apply coursework in business, supply chain, analytics, HR, or related fields to assist in designing solutions for clients and internal stakeholders.
Support financial modeling and scenario analysis efforts; interpret and explain financial implications of proposed solutions.
Contribute to "big-picture" brainstorming and conceptualization, generating innovative approaches to workforce and business challenges.
Conduct research into global labor markets, compliance environments, and workforce trends; analyze large data sets to identify actionable insights.
Work alongside consulting and HR strategy teams; learn foundational practices in business operations and talent management.
Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for internal and client use; regularly share findings and recommendations both in writing and verbally.
Utilize Excel for modeling, analysis, and visualization; build impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
Collect, clean, and synthesize complex data, presenting findings in easily digestible formats for non-technical stakeholders.

Base pay range for this position is $21.00 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
