Descripción del trabajoKey Responsibilities : Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with mobility and transferring clients safely to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs. Prepare and serve nutritious meals, following any dietary restrictions or preferences. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces. Engage clients in social and recreational activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. Monitor and document any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions and report to the supervising nurse or family members. Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive care experience. Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to confidentiality and sanitation protocols. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare or related field is a plus. Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or a similar role preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with individuals in various life situations. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as required. Background check clearance is mandatory.
