Your New Role :

The Senior Product Manager – ITSM (Broadcast Focus) will play a pivotal role in the Enterprise Service Management Office (ESMO), driving the evolution and success of ServiceNow-based solutions tailored to broadcast and linear television operations. Based in Atlanta , this role reports to the Manager of Product Management and is part of a collaborative team of product managers responsible for delivering high-impact, enterprise-scale solutions.

This role will focus on optimizing IT Service Management (ITSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of broadcast operations, ensuring that platform capabilities align with business needs and deliver measurable value.

The Senior Product Manager will engage directly with business stakeholders to shape demand, define user stories, and guide the development lifecycle. This role will also work closely with Platform Engineering to prioritize and deliver enhancements that align with strategic roadmaps and enterprise goals.

Your Role Accountabilities :

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and evolve product strategies for ITSM, FSM, CSM, and EAM within the broadcast and linear television domain.
• Translate business needs into product roadmaps aligned with the broader ESM platform strategy.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Product Management to ensure product direction supports enterprise objectives and platform governance.
