About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Medicine Physician Assistant for an 80-day locum tenens assignment in Texas, starting Nov 3, 2025. This role features a Monday-Friday day schedule with on-call duties every other week, supporting workplace health through basic physicals and injury care.

Job Details

  • Location : Texas
  • Start Date : Nov 3, 2025
  • LOA : 80 days
  • Provider Type Needed : Occupational Medicine Physician Assistant
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm; on-call every other week Monday-Sunday with 45-minute maximum response time

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct basic physical examinations for occupational health
  • Provide injury care for approximately 2-8 cases per week
  • Serve in an on-call capacity every other week, responding within 45 minutes
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records

  • Occupational medicine experience required
  • Department of Transportation (DOT) certification required
