We are looking for a competent Server to provide top-quality service to our members and their guests, including presenting menus, making recommendations, serving food and beverages, and handling any concerns with a polite and friendly attitude. They also help with event set up and do other jobs as needed. Our Servers are the key to providing the environment, atmosphere and service that we expect for our members. If you have strong customer service skills, can maintain a great attitude while working under pressure with cooks, bussers and other staff, are willing to learn, and enjoy working with a team, this could be the job for you!

Requirements

Successful applicants will :

• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends and late hours
• Be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, etc. for extended periods of time
• Be able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Have basic math and computer skills
• Have a current Illinois food handler certification, or be willing to earn certification within seven (7) days of hire
• Have a current Illinois BASSET certification, or be willing to earn certification within seven (7) days of hire
