Position Summary : The Marketing Manager leads Summit’s marketing strategy and execution within a focused, results-driven team. This role drives demand, strengthens brand visibility, and supports sales growth through targeted campaigns, automation, and content. All marketing efforts are expected to be data-driven, aligned with business priorities, and directly tied to revenue and market share growth.

Responsibilities Develop and own the annual / quarterly marketing plan, budget, and KPIs.

Align closely with Sales leadership on market share goals and pipeline requirements.

Design and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, email, events, direct mail, and social.

Partner with Sales to define lead scoring, CRM workflows, and account-based marketing initiatives.

Deliver sales enablement tools (case studies, product sheets, presentations) in collaboration with the Content Creator.

Own CRM / marketing automation strategy, lead flow, reporting, and dashboards.

Implement automation to replace manual tasks, streamline reporting, and improve outreach.

Partner with leadership in evaluating and implementing a new CRM / marketing automation platform within 1–2 years, ensuring adoption and data quality.

Track and report campaign ROI, website analytics, lead quality, and marketing’s contribution to revenue.

Set the content calendar, themes, and messaging to support business objectives.

Ensure content is optimized for SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.

Build topical authority in forklifts, construction equipment, and material handling through consistent publishing.

Manage and coach the Content Creator role, ensuring priorities and feedback are clear.

Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to maintain alignment.

Qualifications 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience; industrial or capital equipment industries preferred.

Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, CRM / marketing automation, and analytics.

Proven track record designing and executing integrated campaigns that drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Strong content strategy skills with ability to guide creation of case studies, product insights, and thought leadership.

Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a small, results-driven team environment.

Experience managing at least one direct report; able to coach and prioritize effectively.

Experience supporting a CRM / marketing automation implementation, migration, or major upgrade preferred.

Data-driven, adaptable, and collaborative across departments.

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex offerings into clear customer value.
