About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. You will be responsible for growing our memberships and creating an exceptional experience for current and prospective members.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales process for new memberships
- Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members
- Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
- Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions
- Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
- Provide a high level of customer service to all members and prospective members
- Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring the facility is clean and safe
